New Video About an Interesting Block of Main Street

My latest YouTube video is about buildings that once stood along the block of Main Street in Hartford just north of Travelers Tower. In 1956, Travelers erected a fairly nondescript office building here, but this was once the site lost buildings that were connected to the city's history, including one erected by Oliver Ellsworth (who was appointed Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court by Washington) and another 1856 building that was long the home of the Hartford Times newspaper.
